SIXT USA is seeking a highly skilled Rental Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our Las Vegas branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, upselling and cross-selling vehicles and services, and meeting sales and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare rental agreements and advise customers on vehicle options and additional services.
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Meet sales and service targets, including daily sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as daily reports and branch support.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with vehicle returns and turnarounds as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations with poise and enthusiasm.
