Job Summary

A Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the store's sales goals. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the point of sale
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented
  • Follow Company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to Company standard
  • Guarantee Company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures
  • Proactively contribute to creating a team atmosphere that is flexible and enjoyable
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Holidays
  • Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner
  • Must be able to make change using American Monetary units
  • Must be receptive to both positive and constructive feedback from the Store Leadership Team
