Job Summary

The Client Support Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of calls from our clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Documenting details in our ticketing platform to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Providing clear expectations to customers on when they can expect issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 1 year of call center experience in a technical or pharmacy environment
  • Technical or Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
