Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Omni Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Account Management: Set up and manage guest accounts, including room assignments, payment methods, and special requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, management, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using hotel software and systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
