Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Omni Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Account Management: Set up and manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in hotel software systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role.
  • Customer Service Training: Completion of customer service training programs or certifications.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
