Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our front-of-house operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide warm and friendly welcomes to our guests, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
- Front-of-House Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our front-of-house area, including the guest lounge and reception desk.
- App Support: Assist guests with downloading and using our app, including booking appointments, setting up accounts, and completing transactions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or concerns that guests may have in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in retail, preferably in a technology or front-desk service-related role.
- Skills: Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Technology: Experience with Zendesk is preferred.
