Facilities Management Operations Leader

Position Overview: We are seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee and direct daily operations at our facilities supporting government clients. This role is vital in managing a team dedicated to delivering a variety of operational support services, including maintenance, logistics, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary manager for all operational activities related to facility services.
- Oversee project management for facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization, including proposal development and project execution.
- Manage installation and operational maintenance, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and communicate performance expectations to the team.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to promote effective service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery processes to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Develop and refine operational procedures and specifications, providing training to staff as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations related to facility management.
- Monitor service delivery to maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and conduct analyses to improve operational performance.
- Engage with clients for feedback and assist in audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of facility maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing diverse teams and working under pressure.
- Familiarity with labor relations and service contract management.
- Knowledge of building management systems is preferred.
- Professional Engineer license and industry certifications are advantageous.
