Facilities Operations Manager

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodial Services Manager to lead our custodial operations supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) headquartered in the Washington National Capitol Region (NCR).
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage Custodial Staff: Supervise and direct a team of custodial staff at multiple sites and locations, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and Implement Schedules: Create and manage schedules to ensure all custodial staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Inspect and Report: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and generate reports to present to the project management team.
- Manage Equipment and Inventory: Develop and implement plans for the purchase and management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality: Ensure all custodial operations meet service demands, objectives, and quality and safety requirements, and establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Top Secret Clearance: Possess a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Experience and Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience managing custodial services in support of a large, secure complex, including data centers, and a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Demonstrate highly developed leadership, management, supervisory, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage in a diverse and dynamic environment.
