Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead faculty to deliver effective classroom instruction.
- Administer educational programs and monitor student learning processes.
- Customize course materials to meet the diverse needs of students, enabling them to acquire employable skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
- Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in the State of Connecticut is required.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is necessary; candidates with only a BSN must be willing to pursue a Master's degree.
- A Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience as an LPN or RN is required, with recent experience being advantageous.
- Previous management experience in nursing, particularly in educational settings, is preferred.
- Classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level is desirable.
