AION Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leasing and Sales: Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to telephone inquiries, provide tours of apartments and amenities, follow up with prospects, and coordinate all move-ins.
- Marketing and Promotion: Perform telephone market surveys and physical shops of competitors, recommend strategies and programs for on-site marketing activity, and develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs.
- Administrative Tasks: Inspect apartments with new residents at move-in, complete necessary paperwork, and accurately process and report receipt of application fees, security deposits, rents, and other fees.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, display a courteous and professional attitude toward all customers, and maintain availability for resident functions and community events.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
- Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
- Licenses and Certifications: In Pennsylvania or New Jersey, must obtain a real estate license within 180 days of hire.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), excellent English communication skills, and ability to walk apartments and grounds.
Working Conditions: Must be available to work weekends and holidays, and have a valid driver's license.
Compensation: Hourly range $20.00.
