Job Overview

Woodford Oil Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Transportation Dispatcher and Operations Support at our Morgantown, WV Terminal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to schedule daily work for the fleet
  • Receive and dispatch orders from customers for product delivery
  • Evaluate, decide, and direct drivers and warehouse staff on workflow
  • Prioritize jobs in order of urgency and importance
  • Monitor the daily workflow of drivers and warehouse operations
  • Ensure all loads are covered and dispatched effectively and timely
  • Assist with incoming loads into the facility
  • Assist with counter sales for walk-in customers
  • Assist with the billing department to complete all required documentation
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in dispatching or customer service
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
