Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.
- Provide training and technical assistance to end-users, including on-site training and documentation.
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and operator problems, and perform basic-to-moderate hardware repairs.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of our systems and services.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience in IT support or related field.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with end-users and other IT teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A+ Certification, CCNA, MCP, or MCSE.
- Experience with network support and maintenance.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
The work environment is a standard office environment, with frequent walking, standing, and lifting required. The successful candidate will be expected to work a standard shift, with occasional Saturday or Sunday shifts.
