Job Summary

As a Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and support in all aspects of our Service Department operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Department in all aspects of operations, including unit inventory procedures, pre-delivery inspection, and delivery orientation.
  • Assist customers with service or warranty repairs for their boat, motor, trailer, or ATV/UTV.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the sale of parts and accessories, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including unit inventory status and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Receiving Department to ensure timely and accurate processing of new unit deliveries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately.
