The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Planning and Analytics Director to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our Growth Marketing & Insights organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that align with business objectives, and for analyzing and interpreting data to inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small, distributed team to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing leaders across regions to build detailed plans and ensure alignment with finance, go-to-market, and regional teams.
  • Build robust plans by understanding the role that each marketing channel plays and their independent efficiency curves.
  • Align marketing plans and objectives with expectations from finance, go-to-market, and regional teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in marketing analytics with a proven track record of driving business impact.
  • 10+ years of marketing and/or finance experience in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B analytics and measurement.
  • Experience with media mix models and underlying methodologies.
  • Ability to dig deep into finance systems to understand historical spend trends and advise future investment needs.
  • A passion for solving problems and tackling new challenges.
  • Track record of leading change and implementing initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and part of a geographically distributed team with varied strengths and building trusted relationships.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans or the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
