Job Title: Director, Strategic Planning and Analytics

At Adobe, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Strategic Planning and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our Growth Marketing & Insights organization, you will play a critical role in driving business impact through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

About the Role

The Director, Strategic Planning and Analytics will be responsible for leading a small, distributed team to develop and implement planning processes that drive marketing performance indicators in line with finance goals. You will partner with all DX marketing leaders in various regions to build detailed plans, align marketing plans and objectives with expectations from finance, go-to-market, and regional teams, and build robust plans by understanding the role that each marketing channel plays and their independent efficiency curves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small, distributed team to develop and implement planning processes that drive marketing performance indicators in line with finance goals.
  • Partner with all DX marketing leaders in various regions to build detailed plans.
  • Align marketing plans and objectives with expectations from finance, go-to-market, and regional teams.
  • Build robust plans by understanding the role that each marketing channel plays and their independent efficiency curves.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in marketing analytics with a proven track record of driving business impact.
  • 10+ years of marketing and/or finance experience in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B analytics and measurement.
  • Experience with media mix models and underlying methodologies.
  • Ability to dig deep into finance systems to understand historical spend trends which will advise future investment needs.
  • A passion for solving problems and tackling new challenges.
  • Track record of leading change and implementing initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and part of a geographically team with varied strengths and building trusted relationships.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 -- $291,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
