POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member involves providing essential administrative support to insurance agents, ensuring effective customer acquisition and retention. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about various insurance products.
  • Employ effective communication skills to meet customer needs while fostering business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong dedication to customer service excellence
  • Previous sales experience is preferred (including roles in retail, telemarketing, or inside/outside sales)
  • Ability to obtain necessary Property and Casualty License
  • Ability to secure a Life/Health License
  • Willingness to meet mutually established marketing objectives
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs

This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
