Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager, focusing on growing membership and revenue through contemporary tools and techniques.
You will be a trusted advisor to our existing customers, helping them access all our services and build long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow membership and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention and upsell/cross-sell services.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales/business development, association management, or human resources.
- College degree preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout your territory.
