Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Out-of-School-Time Enrichment Staff member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality programming and support to our youth participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and facilitating social-emotional learning activities to promote positive youth development.
  • Support the implementation of literacy curriculum and academic clubs to enhance youth learning and engagement.
  • Maintain proper staff-to-youth ratios and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with youth, families, and community partners to foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with the Site Leader to ensure seamless program operations and high-quality services.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a strong passion for working with youth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience working with children in grades K-8 is preferred. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and open to constructive feedback, with a growth mindset and a strong belief in student-centered learning.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a year-round position with varied hours based on the time of year.
