About the Role
The Receptionist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional office support and completing administrative tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, and will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for all who visit our office.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients
- Assist staff with multiple projects and tasks
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping
- Perform general office duties, such as postage, shipping, and equipment maintenance
- Assist with front office management issues as needed
