Job Title: Administration Coordinator

This role is part of the Black Bear Sports Group team, focusing on the leagues and tournaments division. The primary emphasis in the first year will be on Hockey Power Rankings and Black Bear TV.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of Black Bear TV, including customer communication, event planning, and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate the Black Bear TV schedule collection, updates, and weekend operations.
  • Enter scores for Hockey Power Rankings.
  • Communicate with BBTV and HPR customers.
Long-Term Goals:
  • League and Tournament Operations:
    • Scheduling, operations, and communications to ensure BBTV are run professionally.
    • Collaborate with clubs to ensure accuracy of Hockey Power Rankings.
    • Develop customer communication and administration strategy.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Assess and develop new strategies for add-ons, such as coverage.
    • Maximize customer retention.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of American youth hockey structure, existing leagues, and youth organizations.
  • Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
  • 3+ years of administration experience.
  • Ability to work weekends.
