  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications; direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support with expense reporting, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain confidential files and records in an organized and secure manner.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.
