Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at The Flying Locksmiths Frisco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Manage all customer service calls, ensure quality customer service, and follow through on customer requests.
  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Schedule projects, dispatch technicians, and communicate any changes to the schedule to the appropriate service technician as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with the implementation of marketing plans, provide daily support to the Franchise Owner and General Manager, and assure all information and administrative paperwork is properly entered into the software program.
  • Financial Management: Prepare bank deposits, coordinate and document all communication affecting customers, employees, or suppliers, and manage accounts receivables.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies within budget, assure that all accounting budgets are balanced, and complete time sheets daily.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years administrative or office experience (experience in the locksmithing and security solutions industry is ideal).
  • Skills: Good relationship-building skills, good written, verbal, and phone communication skills, basic organizational, clerical, administrative, planning, and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple functions at the same time.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
