Ayvaz Pizza, LLC is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment that is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Restaurant Shift Manager will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that each visit by a customer results in a friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and supervise crew members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
- Food Safety and Quality: Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Cost Control: Execute cost control systems to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Team Management: Delegate prepping and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service work experience helpful.
- Skills: Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, dependable and reliable, good written, math, and interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, and flexible work availability.
- Certifications: Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
- Discount Program: Discount program that has discounts on things like glasses, hearing aids, weight loss programs, step tracking devices, shoes, etc.
- Provider Finder: Provider finder/cost estimation tool, allowing members to find in-network providers and get a cost estimation before the visit.

- Pregnancy Planning Tool: Pregnancy planning tool, that helps track fertility, baby growth, milestones, etc.
