  • Utilizes ladders to access roofs for inspections and material estimations.
  • Conducts material takeoffs for exterior products to ensure compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and industry standards.
  • Ensures timely ordering and shipping of products.

Communication

  • Maintains open communication channels among team members and clients to guarantee accurate and prompt service.
  • Collaborates with vendors to align on store program directions.

Knowledge & Development

  • Recognizes personal development needs and seeks opportunities for improvement; acquires product knowledge; familiarizes with building packages and offerings.
  • Provides training on exterior products to builders, installers, and store staff.
  • Ensures that employees stay updated on vendor programs.
