Job Overview

As a Sales Representative - Home Exteriors with CR3 American Exteriors Charlotte NC, you will play a key role in helping homeowners in the Charlotte NC area enhance the beauty and functionality of their properties. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, conduct consultations, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the best exterior products
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience in home exteriors or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive market
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
