We are seeking a skilled Call Center Professional to join our team at Bank OZK. As a Call Center Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on behalf of the bank, providing information about products and services, responding to customer complaints, and processing customer requests. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer requests, such as account openings and transfers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
