Patient-Centered Care: Nurse Practitioner Role

The Arkansas Children's Hospital is searching for a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year.

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable nurse practitioner who can provide advanced care to patients and their families. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to engage in quality improvement initiatives, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and prioritize family-centered care. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced nursing care to children and families, including physical assessments, health histories, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote transparency, empathy, and understanding.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree (DNP) from an accredited program.
  • RN License (AR or Compact State) from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN).
  • 3+ years of experience as a registered nurse and/or nurse practitioner.
