Inside Sales Representative

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking to hire a dedicated full-time Inside Sales Representative to enhance our service offerings to current and past clients through telephone outreach. This role also involves providing essential administrative assistance to our service centers, including managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and overseeing payment processing. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and will be expected to meet daily call volume targets. Compensation includes an hourly wage along with commission opportunities.

Daily Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative

In this role, you will utilize your persuasive skills to engage with both existing and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce and educate clients about services that align with their needs, effectively enrolling them in those services. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Outside Sales team by generating leads and scheduling appointments through your phone interactions. A successful Inside Sales Representative will actively participate in lead-generating initiatives developed by the corporate Inside Sales Department. You will receive guidance and support from regional training managers. Your data entry capabilities will be essential for documenting customer interactions and call activities in our customer relationship management system. Besides making outbound calls, you will assist the administrative team by handling inbound calls related to scheduling, billing, or resolving issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to pass and maintain any required state licensing or certification exams
  • Capable of passing internal technical assessments
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to commit to a minimum 40-hour workweek
