Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Field Inventory Specialist to join our team, offering a competitive compensation structure with opportunities for additional earnings and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Inventory Specialist, your primary role will involve:

  • Traveling to designated automobile dealerships to assess and document their used vehicle inventory.
  • Recording essential details for each vehicle, including VIN, equipment features, pricing, and mileage.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of our proprietary database that supports automotive market valuations.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Commitment to visiting assigned dealership locations on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and accurately log vehicle information.
  • Adhere to established timelines for reporting.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
  • Access to reliable transportation, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Internet access for necessary communications.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
