Position Overview

Audi Cape Fear is seeking a dedicated and capable individual for the role of Inventory Assistant / Technologist / Document Processor.

This full-time hourly position encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting the Sales Department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service abilities that align with the standards of a premium automotive brand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general support for both Customer Facing and Internal Sales, which includes managing departmental operations such as the handling and preparation of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring the parking lot is orderly, and maintaining compliance with legal standards for all vehicles available for sale.
  • Collaborating with the Sales department to ensure our inventory is effectively showcased both on-site and online. You will work in close partnership with our full-time Inventory Specialist.
  • Enhancing and safeguarding the Audi customer experience by adhering to Audi brand standards, supported by comprehensive product knowledge while delivering high-quality customer care and service in line with dealership culture.
  • Conducting follow-up vehicle orientations and tutorials to help customers familiarize themselves with the various safety and convenience features of their newly purchased vehicle during the delivery process and beyond.
  • Assisting Sales Managers with the preparation of customer documentation post-signature. Responsibilities include organizing, scanning, and filing customer documents to ensure accurate title work and lender funding packages.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (with a one-hour lunch break). Closed on Sundays.
