We are looking for a talented Client Acquisition and Partnership Manager to join our team at Innovative Environments in Houston. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver exceptional results

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in commercial signage and interior design
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business revenue
* Strong understanding of AIA billing, construction drawings, and industry trends
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
