Job Description

The Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist will work closely with clients to advise on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.

This role requires a strong understanding of public and private securities law, partnership agreements, and limited liability company operating agreements.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with significant involvement in private company acquisitions on behalf of private equity groups being a plus.

$215k - $330k salary range is expected, with discretionary merit bonuses and clerkship bonuses also available.
