Event Coordinator Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support show management and customer sales activities
  • Coordinate logistics and services for events and exhibitions
  • Ensure seamless execution of client needs and requests
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience
