Job Title: Line Cook

Bar 47 is a dynamic and upscale bar that serves high-quality food to a diverse clientele. We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
  • Answer and report operational instructions.
  • Clean up stations and manage leftover food.
  • Stock inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
  • Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices.
