Job Description: As the Executive Chef at Atlas Group COS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our kitchens. You will work closely with our culinary teams to maintain high standards of food quality, kitchen efficiency, and team performance. Your leadership and organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise day-to-day activities in the kitchen, ensuring food quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, control food and labor costs, and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
  • Menu Support: Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and execution to meet guest expectations and operational goals.
  • Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Previous Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
