{"Job Title": "Administrative Assistant", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Executive Director in executing the financial, personnel, and administrative management functions of the Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting local board functions and fundraising programs, as well as assisting with public relations initiatives, grant writing, and budget preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer financial and personnel functions with absolute confidentiality
* Prepare financial documents in compliance with corporate financial-accounting practices and principles
* Maintain accurate cash ledgers, records of deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other accounting instruments
* Administer payroll, including preparation of accurate payroll transmittals and maintenance of records
* Draft financial statement inputs, including analyses and descriptive narratives
* Obtain, verify, record, and maintain personnel information and report changes to accounting, payroll, and benefits
* Monitor and submit quarterly incentive and other forms of pay
* Maintain accurate inventory records of Institute equipment and property
* Prepare and submit National School Lunch Program forms and related documentation
* Provide administrative and receptionist support to all Institute activities
* Assist the Executive Director with board, public relations, and fundraising activities
* Assist with budget preparation and maintenance
* Coordinate travel, lodging, meetings, conferences, and other Institute activities
* Serve as advisor and positive role model for assigned students
* Drive institute vehicles as required
* Administer first aid and CPR during emergencies
* Participate in day trips and special activities

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalency; associate's degree preferred
* Minimum two years' experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures, and standard office equipment
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
* Flexible and highly motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
