Role Summary

The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to BOKF's clientele. This role empowers individuals to ensure a superior experience in every interaction, fostering long-term client engagement. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries related to account activities, transaction processing, digital banking solutions, debit card services, and a variety of other offerings. The Specialist will adeptly manage client interactions and consistently exceed expectations. Client communication may occur through various channels, including in-person, phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding client service by effectively communicating with BOKF clients through inbound calls, chats, and follow-up communications.
  • Exhibit sound judgment, mitigate risks, escalate concerns when necessary, and ensure clients feel confident that their needs are met.
  • Educate clients about banking services that enhance convenience, such as online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile deposit options.
  • Confidently recommend a comprehensive range of consumer products and services, including deposit accounts and loan options, to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Engage in professional development through training and self-improvement initiatives to enhance product knowledge and client relations skills.
Qualifications

This role typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service; a college degree is advantageous or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with consumer financial products and services.
  • Understanding of banking operations and customer support, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for effectively providing information and resolving issues.
  • Proficient written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and proper grammar.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to adhere to established protocols and determine when escalation is appropriate.
  • Basic math skills for account reconciliation.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
