Summary:

The Retail Client Relationship Manager (RCRM) will be responsible for developing new customer partnerships and managing assigned accounts within their designated sales territory.

This position entails ensuring operational effectiveness in the market by working collaboratively with local operations management, national and local sales teams, and mobile maintenance specialists, with the goal of enhancing market share, profitability, and overall retail maintenance expansion.

The ideal candidate should exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, operate independently, and possess a high level of self-motivation.

Essential Functions:
  • Formulate presales and marketing strategies for both target and existing accounts.
  • Establish a sales activity pipeline to surpass required revenue quotas and Mobile Maintenance utilization objectives.
  • Actively engage with provided leads and represent the complete range of Ryder services.
  • Assess prospect needs through quality evaluations and prepare value-based proposals.
  • Execute necessary administrative tasks to support account management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
  • Report sales and operational activities to management, ensuring adherence to compliance.
  • Cultivate relationships with local and national sales teams to uncover new opportunities and expand resources.
  • Enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and personal development.
