Nurse Care Specialist

* Ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines
**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* Current CPR certification
* Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
