Responsibilities:- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promote independent lifestyles.
- Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans.
- Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
- Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and established standards.
- Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents and coordinate nursing care with other disciplines.
- Current nursing license valid in California.
- Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.
