About the Role:
Trend Micro Incorporated, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a highly skilled Channel Account Manager to drive growth strategies and lead our national channel sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed organic revenue growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales action plans to increase sales volume in Trend Micro's Small/Medium business segment.
- Sales Enablement: Effectively sell Trend Micro's portfolio of products to partner middle managers, technical support, and functional titles such as sales, customer service, and purchasing.
- Training and Education: Present training and education on sales, customer service, products, markets, technical knowledge, and procedures to our national channel partners.
- Business and Sales Support: Provide ongoing business and sales support to our national channel partners.
- Deal Registration and Sales Pipeline Management: Manage deal registration and sales pipeline in coordination with Trend Micro's internal sales team.
- Coaching and Development: Ongoing coaching of product specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements:
- Channel Management Experience: Proven experience in channel management, with a focus on national channel sales.
- Sales and Sales Management Experience: Strong sales and sales management experience, with a track record of achieving sales growth and revenue targets.
- Event Management Experience: Experience in event management, with a focus on creating and executing successful events that drive sales growth.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of related experience managing large strategic customer relationships.
- Travel: Ability to travel 40% of the time.
