Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Mortgage Solutions Sales Executive to join our team at First American Financial Company. As a key member of our Mortgage Solutions division, you will be responsible for strategically identifying new business opportunities, growing key accounts, and expanding our market share through leveraging national B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers in the mortgage servicing and lending industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organization.
  • Proven track record of growing relationships at the senior executive level and C-Suite with a national client base.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business and expansion sales.
  • Successful track record of establishing immediate credibility, presenting ideas to create value, and challenging the status quo.
  • Able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and key influencers.
  • Achieves and exceeds revenue targets and goals consistent with the company's strategic plans.
  • Applies a consultative sales approach, builds relationships that lead to new business, and expands wallet-share with existing client base.
  • Monitor market trends, information, and technology, demonstrates a deep understanding of our industry, and provides superior solutions for our customers.
  • Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.
  • Is highly visible and recognized in the industry by staying active in associations, industry functions, and networks in partnership events.
  • Effectively creates or adapts and delivers presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires a valid driver's license.
