About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the ad technology industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing oneself as a leader in the ad technology industry.
  • Extensive experience in territory management, with a strong ability to generate new business and close high-value enterprise sales deals.
  • Thought leadership and trusted consultant skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Skilled in tailored sales presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Strategic negotiation skills, with the ability to secure beneficial outcomes for both Epsilon and its clients.
