Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to service standards during every guest interaction
  • Assist guests with retrieving their belongings from vehicles, buses, and other transport
  • Provide directions, arrange local transportation, and maintain a clean and accessible entrance
  • Communicate any guest-related inquiries or challenges to the supervisor or relevant department, ensuring follow-up
  • Review arrival reports, VIPs, events, and groups to facilitate smooth daily operations
  • Effectively communicate via radio with the Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Staff, and Guest Relations to ensure anticipatory service for arrivals and departures
  • Monitor guest movements at all entrances
  • The starting compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications Required

  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills for effective interaction with supervisors, colleagues, and guests
  • Ability to assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Valid driver's license with the capability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in guest and employee interactions
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Warm and engaging demeanor with strong interpersonal skills, particularly in verbal communication with management, co-workers, guests, and other stakeholders
  • Self-confident and mature, capable of managing systems, employees, and demanding guests
  • Highly self-sufficient with strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Good discretion and independent judgment in evaluating information and determining appropriate actions
  • Ability to interpret and implement management policies or operational practices
  • Strong self-discipline with the ability to complete tasks independently
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, issues, co-workers, and guests in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
