Job Description

Empower Brands is seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing the billing process for our national accounts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the billing process for national accounts, including reconciling and consolidating reporting from regional leaders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any questions or concerns related to billing.
  • Partner with customers to determine billing processes and resolve issues.
  • Operate within payment portals to ensure invoices are submitted and received by customers promptly.
  • Provide relevant information to the National Accounts Billing Supervisor to address customer invoicing inquiries.
