Key billing data from timesheets and LMRs into the billing system with high accuracy.
Receive new jobs from customers and set up new jobs in the Job Management system.
Billing customers and correcting rejections as needed.
Ordering materials and office supplies.
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Filing, data entry, I-9 verification for new employees, and other office duties.
Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

At least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in person and in writing.
Proficient in computers, office equipment, and office software, including Google Suite and Office Suite.
Three or more years of Microsoft Excel experience.
Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to try new things.
Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
