Job Overview
This position is responsible for providing technical guidance to the manufacturing team. The role encompasses the creation of documentation and support on the production floor, focusing on safety, manufacturing practices, and quality assurance methods, tooling, and machinery. Proactively implement innovative processes and techniques aimed at enhancing safety, minimizing production costs, and elevating product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance product quality by diagnosing manufacturing challenges, formulating cost-efficient solutions, and supervising their successful integration into production workflows.
  • Collaborate with Production Associates to address manufacturing and quality issues related to methodologies, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards through thorough Validation & Verification processes.
  • Identify processes that necessitate validation, develop comprehensive plans and analysis criteria, execute validations, and conduct final evaluations and acceptance.
  • Design new processes and workstations to decrease cycle times and bolster lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Oversee productivity improvements while guaranteeing that all customer commitments are fulfilled in a timely, quality-focused, and cost-effective manner.
  • Troubleshoot production and packaging machinery and provide necessary technical support.
  • Specify and expedite scheduled maintenance routines for all production equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate manufacturing releases effectively.
  • Lead compliance efforts, along with Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives, to support plant objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles, ensuring safe processes that comply with all local and federal regulations.
  • Ensure that corrective actions are taken to address identified safety concerns across all areas.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience; or a High School diploma with 7 years of experience in production, engineering, or troubleshooting of PC/server-based systems.
  • Familiarity with IT Quality Assurance and testing protocols. Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
