As a Transportation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing objectives and overseeing the implementation of both short-term and long-term strategies as part of the annual business plan.

  • Overseeing project scope, schedule, technical specifications, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant education and experience.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in project leadership and staff management.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one (preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and meetings.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
  • The ability to travel occasionally for professional development and project-related activities.
