Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively make outbound sales calls to an assigned list of potential and existing accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, record sales activities, and update customer information accurately and frequently.
Corporate Initiatives and Sales Support:
  • Execute corporate sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Continuously improve personal knowledge of products, industry trends, and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers regarding product selection, specifications, and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Interpret and analyze KPI dashboards and sales reports to improve sales performance.
Nature and Scope:

This role requires increasing independence, with guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.

Work Environment:

Located in a comfortable indoor area, with most of the time spent sitting in a comfortable position and frequent opportunity to move about.

Education and Experience:

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline, with generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field or MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
