Bilingual Project Coordinator (Construction)

Are you an adept leader with a strong background in construction management? We are seeking a qualified and bilingual Project Coordinator to manage our commercial construction initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring that every aspect is executed to meet or surpass standards.

What We Provide:

Competitive Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Commercial Construction
  • Skills: Bilingual (required), exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Attributes: Self-driven, detail-oriented, respectful, and a collaborative team player who takes pride in their contributions

Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Project Coordinator (Construction)

Project Oversight:

  • Manage all facets of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and quality assurance

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and collaborate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution

Client Engagement:

  • Establish strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure all necessary documentation, approvals, and safety regulations are adhered to prior to project commencement, and manage project closure

Physical Demands:

  • Must be capable of navigating job sites, including climbing ladders and traversing uneven terrain
  • Must provide own transportation to job sites
